Are you an ECEC Superstar known for your deep knowledge, infectious passion, and ability to mentor others?

We are a large, respected not-for-profit early learning service (130 places, 2 levels) in the Murrumbeena area, featuring a highly valued integrated Kindergarten program. We are searching for an experienced Educational Leader to guide our dedicated team and elevate the quality of our educational programs.

💖 The Role: Ignite Learning and Fun

As our Educational Leader, you will be the driving force behind our curriculum. You will be responsible for:

• Curriculum Guidance: Leading, mentoring, and inspiring our team of educators to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate, and fun programs.
• Mentorship: Serving as a supportive, approachable, and knowledgeable mentor to all educators across the service.
• Community Focus: Injecting new community ideas and energy into our curriculum planning and daily practice.
• Hands-On Support: Working both on and off the floor to provide direct support, role-model best practice, and collaborate with the team (you are not responsible for running one specific program).
• Collaboration: Working closely and effectively with our experienced Centre Manager.

• Partnership : Work with families to cater for individual needs of children

✅ Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a true leader in practice and pedagogy:

• Experience: Proven, extensive experience as a Lead Educator is essential, ideally educational leadership experience preferred.
• Qualification: Diploma of Children's Services (or equivalent recognised by ACECQA).
• Passion & Knowledge: Demonstrated deep knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Belonging, Being & Becoming: The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Inspiration: The ability to truly inspire, motivate, and guide a large team of educators.
• Compliance : Ensure the programs are meeting the regulatory requirements

• Compliance: Must possess a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
